Located in the hot and dry region of Vidharbha, the cow-shed and water tank - tower is designed as a cool day shelter for the cows and a viewing tower for the inhabitants. Conceived as a light bamboo trellis structure interwoven with metal framework, the shed is a semi-open horizontal pavilion emerging from the tall, slender trapezoidal volume which has multiple accessible levels, offering changing perspective of the farm it is housed in.
