The mixed-use project looks at creating a porous lower ground, catering to the institutional program and residential upper levels. This vertical stratification of the program instead of horizontally dividing them into two blocks creates a semi-public institutional interface at the lower level and an autonomous housing at the upper levels. This gesture, connects the lower ground with the ecological landscape beyond the site.
