Documentation and research of buildings, sites or any aspect of architecture are undertaken to inquire into architectural systems,  structure, construction systems, materiality and how spaces engage with people, history, time and socio-political contexts. Documentations are also undertaken as part of condition assessment to facilitate architectural conservation and interventions.
