The architectural design comprises of two compact blocks, embracing a sunken court, connected by a light steel bridge. The design is characterised by – its siting as a response to create a significant multi-functional foreground for gathering and play; spatial organisation and orientation responsive to minimise heat gain; expressive rain-water gutter columns echoing rhythm of the structure and a restraint material palette.
