The load bearing CSEB structure is conceived as two vaulted bays flanking a flat roofed bay which behaves as a rainwater gutter. The design responds to accommodate existing trees, by scooping out courts and staggering the 3 bays to interact with the site. They are also oriented to combat heat gain.
